These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Queer Romance platform. Please read them carefully before using our app or website.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Queer Romance app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Queer Romance. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under 18 without prior notice.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Please notify us immediately at queerromance.official@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
4. Community Standards
Queer Romance is a safe space for the LGBTQ+ community. You agree not to post content that is hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit without consent, or harmful to others. Harassment, threats, impersonation, and spam are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.
5. Authentic Profiles
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information on your profile. Creating fake profiles, impersonating other individuals, or misrepresenting your identity is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination and legal action where applicable.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you post on Queer Romance. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute your content within the platform for the purpose of operating our services. We do not claim ownership of your photos, messages, or profile information.
7. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Queer Romance for commercial solicitation, escort services, or any illegal activity. Scraping, reverse engineering, or attempting to access our systems without authorisation is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the platform will result in immediate termination and may be reported to law enforcement.
8. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Queer Romance may offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Queer Romance is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for the actions of other users on the platform. Use the platform at your own discretion and stay safe.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Queer Romance and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any conduct we deem harmful to the community. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
